The ladies met for a round table discussion on women in Hollywood and the some of the hands they are dealt because they are women. Kerry Washington mentions a line Shonda Rimes wrote on Scandal about being African American, "You have to be twice as good as them to her half of what they have." Not only being a woman in Hollywood but a black woman in Hollywood you have to go above and beyond to get that opportunity.
